ACRES Members Take a Photo Walk

ACRES recently hosted a Nature Photography Workshop and Photo Walk for members at the ACRES office on the Tom & Jane Dustin Nature Preserve. The event started with a brief presentation by Communications Manager Bridgett Hernandez titled “Taking Better Nature Photos with Your Phone” that covered some Dos and Don’ts as well as ACRES rules photographers should know.

After the workshop, participants hit the trails for a photo walk to capture photos of the preserve using their new techniques. Over the course of about 45 minutes, the group captured a remarkable range of perspectives, textures and colors. Check out some of their shots below!
